If they were Mayor of your town for the day? Gracie was asked this question one day. When I asked her what her answer was, I was REALLY surprised with her answer. She wants to lower gas prices!
My 12 year old little girl, who could change anything for one day would lower gas prices. What an amazing little girl. I expected, no school or no homework. I expected something totally geared toward someone her age group. Gracie again shows me that she is always thinking of others. She has shown me that she listens to my complaints.
She has shown me that I probably complain too often about gas prices. How do you not though, they just seem to keep going up. So every time I fill my tank up, I’m sure I say something about gas prices. Now I know Gracie is listening. That poor kid! What else is she hearing me complain about?
It’s really made me think about what I say and how I say it. What do you think your children are hearing you say? What would they change if they were Mayor of your town for a day? I hope the next time Gracie is asked, she says NO school! I want her to think of herself.
