This is a sponsored post as part of the Shaklee Corporation blogger program. I have received free products, online support and incentives for participating in the Shaklee Corporation blogger program. My opinions are my own. I am also a Shaklee Independent Distributor.
I recently wrote a post on ‘Tween’s and Their Developing Body Image. I emphasize to Gracie how I want her to be healthy, not smaller. Whenever I diet, like I’m doing now, I tell her I’m doing it so that I can become healthy. That is my goal.
Shaklee180 has provided me the way to eat healthier. Their shakes, bars and snacks provide all my nutritional needs for breakfast and lunch. I eat a well balanced supper. If you remember any of my other Shaklee posts, I eat a lot of the free foods that Shaklee allows. I LOVE pickles and tomatoes.
My biggest downfall in my attempt to become healthy is exercise. I really fail in this area. I think if I would get up and do it first thing in the morning, I would do it. I get up extremely early though and Gracie is not awake at 4:30. I can’t leave her alone. I could use the treadmill, but I’d much rather walk outside. You see, I have so many excuses. I have 3 right her in just a few sentences.
I don’t know what it is going to take to make me get up and get moving. I know I should but I just don’t. Am I lazy? I don’t know. I do know that my weight loss has stalled because I have not been working out. What are your excuses for not working out?
