Gracie and I like to play games. We would honestly play them all the time if it were possible. We just don’t have the time with school, basketball and the flea market, we stay pretty busy. We finally had the chance to play a NEW game over the Thanksgiving Holiday. It’s called Reverse Charades and we had a great time.
The game suggests 6 players, we had enough people at Martha’s house to play, but several members wanted watch the Razorback game. So, Martha, the kiddo’s and I all played. We had a very good time. In Reverse Charades, you separate into teams and only one person is chosen as the “guesser”. The rest of the team acts out as many words as that person can guess in 60 seconds.
The best part of the whole game was when the adults would try to pass. Bobby wouldn’t allow it at all. He just kept on acting out the card. He is such a hoot. I wish I could have videoed him doing “push ups” or trying to describe the “kiss and tell”. Gracie and Bobby would fight over who’s turn it was to guess, they never wanted to be it. They always wanting to be acting the cards out. It so cute to see how a 10 year old and an 11 year old will act out one of the cards. That made the whole game!
We played the Original Reverse Charades. It can be bought on the Reverse Charades website or at one of the other 1800 stores that carry it including Barnes and Noble, Hallmark, Learning Express and Books-a-Million. It is priced at $23.99.
