Playing Online Games
This past couple of weeks, I’ve been busy. I know you have seen me mention my “busyness” (or complain about it). While I like to stay busy with work, I don’t like the constant personal appointments. I’m mentally drained. Have you been in my shoes? Do you know what I’ve been doing to relax? I’ve been playing online games like hidden objects, connect 3, and solitaire.
The past two weeks have been full of DR appointments and vet appointments. Writing and working on Sonya’s Happenings… is less like work and more like fun for me. Driving to and from appointments and waiting rooms is work to me. Dealing with Michael’s paperwork is work. Controlling anxious dogs in a moving car is work. I needed to find something to unwind.
Online Games Help Players Relax
Online games provide a great way for people who want to relax. They can help the player by keeping their mind busy and entertained.
Playing online games is a great way to unwind and keep your mind occupied. Some players find that they are able to take their minds off of whatever is going on in their lives and just enjoy the game. This can be helpful if you’re feeling stressed, depressed, or anxious.
Gaming has become a worldwide phenomenon that has taken over the leisure time of many people. Whether they are looking for some peace and quiet, or just want to de-stress after a long day; gamers enjoy playing these games. These games provide players with various options of entertainment including puzzles, strategy, multiplayer, or single-player. They also provide mental stimulation by challenging the brain to work to solve problems.
There are so many different online games to play. My favorite though, has been Hidden Objects. I was racing the clock trying to find ordinary objects within a picture. I might be looking for a butterfly but there is a dollar bill thrown right in the middle of the picture. It’s addictive, really addictive. I couldn’t stop playing it.
Playing a game of Hidden Objects allowed me to de-stress and take a moment for myself. Playing this game helped me to focus and take my mind off my worries and actually slow down for a bit.
I really enjoyed playing Connect Three too, a game called Candy House. This is a fun and colorful game of blocks.
After I connect three blocks and see all of the other blocks fall… it’s like seeing my troubles falling down. I love it. Seeing row after row of blocks being demolished thrills me.
Online gaming is a really popular pastime for many people. Playing games isn’t just fun; it can also be beneficial for your mental health.
I’ve found that playing online games has been very beneficial for my own mental health. They have really helped me to de-stress this past couple of weeks. I’m going to make playing online games a priority.
