Family Camp Family Film Review And $10 Amazon Giveaway ~ Ends 5-18

blogger-disclosure

I had the opportunity to watch the new faith-based family film, Family Camp this week. This movie had all my favorite elements of a very good movie. I hope you’ll read on so that you’ll learn more about Family Camp. If you do, you’ll have the chance to win a $10 Amazon gift card.

Family Camp

Family Camp will open in theaters on May 13, 2022. You purchase a ticket now if you’d like.

Family Camp is a faith-based family movie that will have you laughing until you are crying at points. The cast that was chosen for this movie was perfect. Leigh-Allyn Baker (from “Good Luck Charlie”) is the Mom and I just LOVE her! Tommy Woodard and Eddie James (The Skit Guys), Gigi Orsillo, Robert Amaya (“Courageous”), Cece Kelly, Mark Christopher Lawrence, and social media sensation/comedian Heather Land are also members of the cast.

When their pastor encourages the congregation to sign-up for a week away at family camp, Grace (Leigh-Allyn Baker) believes she’s found the perfect cure for her imperfect clan—even if they’d all rather be anywhere but at rustic Camp Katokwah. The first feature film from The Skit Guys—Tommy Woodard and Eddie James—FAMILY CAMP is a laugh-out-loud comedy that is sure to touch the hearts and tickle the funny bones of every family member from eight to eighty.

My Thoughts On Family Camp

I just loved Family Camp. I laughed SO hard at certain parts of it. Then there were parts that were just so heartwarming, that I was tearing up. I could relate to both of the Moms in this movie in different ways.

Grace Ackerman (Baker) wants to bring her family together. Her husband is always working and her kids are growing like weeds. She feels like Family Camp will be like a reset button for her family. I’ve needed that before. Victoria Sanders (Orsillo), lets a secret slip to Grace about her marriage. Although I won’t tell you that secret – I have felt that way at times during my marriage.

I hope that you will go to see Family Camp. You will not be disappointed, I assure you. By seeing Family Camp on its opening weekend, May 13-15th, you are showing Hollywood that we would like more movies just like this. Beat the lines and buy your tickets now!
